GameStop Corp. seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store upkeep while promoting the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade model.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail or guest service experience is preferred. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and promoting related items during transactions.
• Support the store's shopping environment and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, transferring products from stock to floor, and presenting items attractively.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
