Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure appealing presentation on selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address customer questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, confidentiality, and safety practices.
