Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Fully support the store shopping environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support effective inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
