Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on sales, store maintenance and guest service while helping deliver outstanding shopping experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising on video game products, restocking, maintaining the selling floor, and ensuring a clean, organized store. Availability during peak seasonal days and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; ensure items are well-presented on the floor.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals and address guest questions promptly.
• Follow safety and loss prevention practices and uphold company policies.
