Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, transferring products from stock room to the sales floor, and ensure presentation is neat and alphabetized.
• Meet and aim to exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
