Job summary

REVELxp seeks a revenue- and operations-minded individual to join as Seasonal Event Coordinator, reporting to the General Manager, Event Manager or Deputy GM at assigned properties. The ideal candidate will excel in live event execution, stakeholder engagement, and detailed planning from concept to completion.

This seasonal full-time, hourly role runs through December with potential for conversion to salaried employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute premium events at local properties; create site maps, logs, signage, catering setups
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate part-time event staff
• Coordinate weekly meetings to align staff and priorities
• Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory
• Maintain customer logs and coordinate with vendors/ops team
• Build and nurture relationships with game day vendors
• Identify and solve issues before, during, and after events
• Ensure secure storage of assets between events
• Provide excellent on-site guest service; address inquiries promptly
