GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Massachusetts to join our store team during peak seasons. You will deliver exceptional guest service, assist customers with video game products, and support all aspects of store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs during every transaction.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
