Job summary

Empower Sports and Entertainment LLC is seeking Retail Associates to support Carolina Ascent FC merchandise on game days at the Charlotte venue. You will manage merchandise stands, assist fans with purchases, and help with setup and teardown while upholding brand standards and excellent service.

You must be 18+, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to operate POS systems. Shifts are event-based, onsite, and require weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow event procedures and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use POS systems or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to and from the venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to fans and customers.
• Promote Carolina Ascent FC merchandise and assist with product selection and availability.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy retail environment aligned with brand standards.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (credit card, mobile pay, cash).
• Support loss prevention and shrink reduction practices.
• Assist with stocking, folding, sizing runs, display upkeep, and restocking high-volume items.
• Handle load-in/load-out of retail supplies and break down displays after events.
