Job description

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s distribution network. It safely loads and unloads trucks, accurately picks paint and paint-related product orders, and ships product orders to customers. The role involves moving materials within the facility and from the loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other equipment. Additionally, the role requires operating forklifts or machinery to load, unload, pick, sort, pack, and transport products.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Experience operating mobile power equipment like forklifts, tow motors, or pallet jacks
• Experience operating stationary power equipment such as conveyors, hoists, or farm/construction equipment
• Experience order picking, data entry, and barcode scanning
• Experience as a picker or packer in a warehouse environment
