Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment team. You will pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced warehousing environment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to fans.

You will operate RF scanning technology, maintain inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards across 8–10 hour shifts. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs and a flexible schedule, including peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day in an active warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated teamwork and a relentless drive to complete tasks accurately.
• Minimum 18 years of age and fluent in English.
