Safety, quality, and accuracy are emphasized as you contribute to a high-energy, fan-focused operation. Ideal candidates are 18+ years old, able to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Stand for 8–10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles in a warehouse.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move merchandise safely.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment and adapt to varying conditions.
• Communicate clearly and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
• Scan items using RF technology to ensure order accuracy.
• Receive, store, and organize inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and adhere to safety standards.
• Support peak-season surges and adapt to changing priorities.
