Job summary

Stauer is seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our Fulfillment Team in Burnsville, MN for a seasonal full-time role. The position starts at $17 to $19 per hour and is onsite through January or longer depending on needs.

You will help keep order processing running smoothly, coordinate across departments, document records, and support fulfillment tasks. The role grows with overtime during peak season and offers an office environment to build your resume.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; warehousing experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift 25 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order processing procedures daily from start to finish.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve or cancel issues quickly.
• Document customer records clearly for the team tomorrow.
• Collaborate with Operations and accept coaching when offered.
• Be flexible and assist other departments as needed.
• Support Fulfillment by processing orders, returns, and packing tasks.
