Responsibilities

• Keep order process running smoothly as part of the Fulfillment Team.
• Act as a connector between departments to resolve or cancel issues quickly.
• Document customer records clearly and accurately to assist the team.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments and accept coaching.
• Be flexible to cover other departments as needed during peak times.
• Assist with fulfillment tasks such as processing orders, returns, picking and packing.
