Job summary

Blue Man Group Orlando is seeking Seasonal Front of House Staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, assist with seating, concessions, and merchandise operations, and uphold venue standards across performances.

Ideal candidates are energetic, guest-focused, and reliable, with flexible daytime/evening schedules, including weekends and holiday performances during the seasonal period.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Prior theater, hospitality, attractions, box office or guest service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Scan tickets and direct guests to appropriate seating areas.
• Monitor theater areas to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with venue opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the theater.
• Assist with late seating and emergency situations, including evacuations when necessary.
• Execute assigned in-show Front of House cues seamlessly.
• Monitor the audience to prevent unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio taping.
• Assist guests with disabilities or other impairments, as needed.
• Provide educated answers to guest questions and be able to provide detailed information regarding BMG show details and general information about the neighborhood (parking, directions, restaurants, etc)
• All other work-related duties as assigned.
