Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hosting.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with guests, employees and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take messages/reservations.
• Maintain accurate wait times when necessary.
• Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell to leave a lasting positive impression.
• Smile and communicate effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate seating arrangements for fast, courteous service.
• Occasionally buss tables to expedite seating of waiting guests.
• Anticipate needs for scheduled special parties.
