Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in guest service-based industries or similar environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; ability to communicate via headset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Create a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere reflecting the brand.
• Engage passersby and promote shows.
• Scan tickets and direct guests to seats.
• Process ticket sales and upsells with courtesy.
• Assist with ADA requests and Will Call.
• Work at kiosks to promote and sell the show.
• Escalate issues to a supervisor when needed.
• Maintain a neat, safe work environment and adhere to appearance policy.
• Provide information about facilities, parking, directions, and nearby amenities.
• Monitor safety and show policies; assist with late seating and emergencies.
• Assist guests with disabilities as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-show clean-up of guest areas.
• Answer guest questions with detailed show information.
