Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must be 21+ years old
• Walk, bend, and stand 8–10 hours daily
• Ability to lift and handle cases and pallets
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead
• Outdoor weather exposure possible

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling
• Greet customers and promote a personalized shopping experience
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and store safety
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned
