Total Wine & More in Denton, TX is seeking a Seasonal Cashier to join our Front End Team. You will process transactions quickly, greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain store standards while complying with alcohol sale laws.

This role may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed. Commitment to excellent service, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and ability to stand for long periods are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Promote loyalty programs and bag merchandise.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
