Total Wine & More in Norfolk, VA, seeks a seasonal Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and help maintain store cleanliness and safety.

The role may also include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser. 1–3 years retail experience preferred; must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs; evenings and weekends required. Hourly pay ranges from $14.31 to $20.03.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
