Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak season, assisting with merchandising, front-end duties, stocking, and customer service.

You'll work across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a clean, well-stocked store and deliver a positive shopping experience. This temporary role offers flexibility, with opportunities to apply for regular part-time or full-time roles as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing exceptional customer service.
• Works collaboratively with Team Members and leadership to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering a positive shopping experience.
• Processes freight; sorts, stocks, and replenishes merchandise in designated areas in accordance with store merchandising guidelines.
• Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned, both inside and outside the building.
• Completes assigned tasks and workload requirements efficiently and within established timeframes.
• Supports customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives to help ensure the store operates effectively and profitably.
• Performs all other duties as assigned based on business needs.
