Job summary

The Fresh Market Inc is seeking seasonal team members to join Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production or Produce, and counter support in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood.

You will provide consistently excellent guest service, help guests with meal solutions, knowledge of weekly ad items, stock and merchandize across departments, weigh and scan items, handle cash when needed, and keep carts and areas tidy so the store presents a hospitable experience.

Qualifications

• Seasonal team members must be able to work in multiple departments including Grocery and Front End.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently excellent guest service and assist guests with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products across departments and assist nearby guests.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash when appropriate, and give correct change.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping duties to maintain a welcoming store.
