You will greet customers, bag groceries, assist with carry-out service, and keep the front end clean and organized. The role requires a high school education (preferred), good math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 42 pounds. Compensation ranges from $17 to $21 per hour with associate discounts.

Qualifikationen

• High school education preferred but not absolutely required.
• Must have and be able to present a valid work permit if under the age of 18.
• Be thoroughly familiar with store policies and maintain punctual attendance.

Aufgaben

• Observe all store rules and safety policies.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and dress regulations.
• Observe shift hours as scheduled by the store director.
• Bag customer purchases according to store procedures.
• Provide carry out service to customers.
• Return go-backs to their normal shelf locations.
• Perform price check functions as needed.
• Assist customers with purchases and loading into vehicles.
• Keep front end displays clean and organized.
• Assist in cleaning spills and hazards to prevent accidents.
• Sweep floors during store hours and assist with upkeep.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products and control damaged goods.
• Conserve utilities and water where possible.
• Assist in training personnel when assigned.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Record in-store use of merchandise per policy.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation per policy and regulations.
• Use equipment properly and report problems to management.
• Observe security and report abnormal behavior.
