The Fresh Market is hiring seasonal team members to work in Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, or counter roles in Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood. You will deliver exceptional guest service and help guests create meal solutions while learning products and weekly ads.

You will weigh and scan items, handle cash, maintain product quality, stock shelves, and present a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Age: at least 16; at least 18 for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Preferred: experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and help guests with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products; assist guests across departments.
• Weigh, scan products, handle cash and give change when needed.
• Keep store clean and gather carts; support housekeeping.
• Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and ready-made meal solutions; maintain quality.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
