Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Front End, Produce, Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments. You’ll provide outstanding guest service, help guests with meal solutions, stock and merchandise products, and assist across departments.

You’ll weigh and scan items, handle cash where needed, and maintain quality standards while working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. This is a seasonal, store-level role designed to cover peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn needs.
• Merchandise and stock products; assist guests across departments.
• Weigh, scan products, handle cash and provide change when appropriate.
• Collect shopping carts and help with housekeeping duties around the store.
• Slice and prepare meat and cheeses; maintain product quality and freshness.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
