Total Wine & More in Selma, TX is seeking a Cashier/Seasonal Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a positive customer experience. Training in wine, spirits, and beer will build product knowledge.

The role supports store operations, with potential rotation to sales associate or merchandiser tasks as needed. Strong customer service and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries, promote loyalty programs, and bag products.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
