Fort Cobb Golf Course in Oklahoma is seeking a Seasonal Desk Clerk to assist in front office operations, reservations, and guest services. This part-time role supports daily check-ins, cashier duties, and information requests for park facilities and golf services.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old with 2 years in sales or general office work, able to handle payments, and flexible for holidays and weekends. Training provided by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of experience in sales, public contact work, mail handling, or general office clerical work.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Answers telephones, takes messages, and provides information about location facilities.
• Receives walk-in and phone reservations; checks guests in/out.
• Posts charges to guest accounts and handles payments.
• Assists with gift shop sales and performs general office tasks.
