Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and manage stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering product assistance.
• Execute product protection standards and support omni-channel fulfillment.
• Participate in training on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity standards.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver fast, high-quality service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and perform multiple tasks within timeframes.
