Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an associate to deliver outstanding customer service and execute store operations. You will process freight, replenish merchandise, and support omni-channel fulfillment at the store level.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and participate in family of Kohl’s brand standards training. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Participate in training for Kohl’s brand standards and inventory procedures.
• Support safety policies and follow store leadership directions.
