Job summary

Kohl’s in North Carolina is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver excellent service and execute store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and manage omni-channel fulfillment with accuracy and pace.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, uphold product protection standards, and participate in training on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload shipments, and manage stockroom/or omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell‑through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver fast service and a great customer experience.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies and company guidelines.
