Job summary

Kohl's in the United States is seeking a Customer Service / Store Operations teammate to support freight, replenishment, and omni channel tasks. You will unload shipments, stock the floor, greet customers, and assist with product/services while upholding safety and brand standards.

You will participate in training, work with supervisors, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment. Flexibility for various shifts including holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl's brand standards and procedures.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Demonstrate good judgment and escalate appropriately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver fast, engaging transactions.
• Try to meet or exceed personal productivity targets.
• Handle multiple tasks within set timeframes.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Respond to direction from supervisors and store personnel.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
