Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an energetic associate to deliver excellent customer service and consistently execute store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and support omni-channel fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, assist with products, uphold brand standards, and maintain safety and policy adherence while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and manage stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Ensure all product protection standards are followed.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl's brand standards and procedures.
• Operate with integrity, teamwork, and an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and take appropriate actions with partners as needed.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues with a service mindset.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver fast, engaging transactions.
• Meet or exceed individual goals related to productivity and loyalty.
• Handle multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies for associates and customers.
• Receive direction from supervisors and other personnel; adapt as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
