The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Freight Coordinator to help create a positive shopping experience by handling shipments, backroom maintenance, and routine store upkeep. You will assist in receiving and unpacking daily shipments, shipping merchandise, and keeping a neat, organized work area.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, preparing shipments, maintaining POS knowledge, and coordinating with management on security and policy compliance. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsabilités

• Verify merchandise invoices against received items to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check transfers are processed and items match shipments.
• Fold items and place in appropriate boxes for presentation when shipping.
• Hang and fold merchandise for the sales floor and steam as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Receive freight boxes and store transfers through the register.
• Organize and file shipment-related paperwork; track discrepancies.
• Create FedEx labels and sort packages by transit time.
• Process recalls and RTVs weekly; keep supplies stocked and organized.
• Keep fixtures and shelving organized; maintain a neat work area.
• Communicate policy violations to Store Manager or HR in a timely manner.
