Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: Verify merchandise invoices vs received items; relay alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx; verify freight packing slips; ensure transfers match items shipped; properly box items for presentation.
• Visual Merchandise Management: Remove pins and plastic from shipped merchandise; place Sensormatic tags; hang and fold merchandise for sale; assist on floor projects.
• Operations: Flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends during holiday times; learn POS software; receive freight boxes and store transfers; report discrepancies; maintain shipment paperwork; monitor security risks; create FedEx labels and sort by transit time; process RTVs weekly; keep supplies organized; organize fixtures/shelves; maintain a neat workspace; report policy violations; provide feedback to managers; follow Buckle policies; participate in special projects.
