Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an associate to deliver exceptional customer service and execute store operations consistently. You will efficiently process freight, replenishment, and omni channel fulfillment on a team that values speed, accuracy and customer care.

You will engage customers, maintain stock levels, support product protection standards, and participate in training for new hires to uphold Kohl's brand standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Support adherence to product protection standards
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and inventory procedures
