Michaels in Anderson, SC is seeking a retail team member to help customers find framing solutions, process orders, and keep the store inviting.

You will handle the cash register, support omni-channel processes, and maintain a well merchandised, in-stock shop while following SOPs and safety programs. Applicants should have basic computer and measuring skills, and prefer retail experience. This role requires standing, bending, and some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating framing solutions and assist in shopping.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to SOPs.
• Support omni-channel processes and store merchandising.
• Follow SOPs, safety programs and team guidelines.
