Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Seasonal Forklift Operator in Olive Branch, Mississippi. You will safely operate basic powered material handling equipment to receive, store, and fulfill orders, ensuring product safety and quality.

Responsibilities include picking, pallet handling, quality checks, loading/unloading, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Requires a high school diploma, PPE compliance, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate basic powered equipment (electric pallet jack, forklift).
• Ability to meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform full case order picking for replenishment and customer orders.
• Retrieve and put away pallets in narrow aisle bulk rack storage systems.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors.
• Sort and build product on pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Shrink wrap pallets and apply to pallets as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-equipment checklists.
• Maintain storage location accuracy through daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance.
• Perform other distribution tasks as needed based on business volume.
