Job summary

Mattel’s American Girl Distribution Center in DeForest, Wisconsin is seeking Seasonal Forklift Drivers for the peak season from September through December. This temporary assignment supports holiday fulfillment and is not intended as a permanent position.

Drivers will move inventory safely in a fast-paced, automated warehouse, operate material handling equipment, and support warehouse operations while upholding safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be available to work the full seasonal assignment period, approximately September through December, including schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to unload inbound trailers and maintain the flow of product.
• Transport and place inventory in reserve, active, breakout, customer program, and dock locations.
• Unload inbound trailers and move product while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support movement and replenishment of inventory to meet operational demands.
• Use warehouse management systems to initiate replenishments, transfer, and other inventory transactions.
• Use RF scanners to process receipts, transfers, releases, and inventory movements.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections of equipment and report issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area by handling pallets and packing materials.
• Assist with unloading containers, unboxing products, and loading customer shipments.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
