1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Floral Designer for our Ft. Lauderdale location. The ideal candidate has a creative background, enjoys teamwork, and meets deadlines. They must identify most flowers by name and have basic floral handling knowledge.

Responsibilities include filling design recipes to company standards, maintaining plants and dish gardens, keeping the cooler clean and organized, ensuring FDA compliance, and assisting in other departments when necessary.

• Able to stand and work in hot/cold temps for an extended period.
• Must be well organized.
• Good attention to detail, math, and organization skills.
• Must be Flexible and willing to work longer hours during holidays.
• Must be able to work weekends.

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $17 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
