Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 in roles including Cooks, Drivers, Instructors, and more at mountain locations. Starting wage ranges from $24.24/hr to $30.29/hr with housing available and season-long opportunities.

Roles are winter seasonal with full-time hours possible; applicants must be 18+, and benefits include free passes, discounts, wellness programs, and strong training through Epic Service.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive, truck, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to analyze complex vehicle problems and recommend actions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to purchase tools if needed.

Responsibilities

• Trains and instructs personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment such as cranes, lifts, and diagnostic tools.
• Diagnoses and performs major repairs and overhauls to engines and related systems; inspects and installs components.
• Diagnoses and performs electrical, hydraulic and other repairs in the field.
• Inspects, services and repairs vehicle braking systems and PTO equipment.
• Supports the professional growth and development of employees across the organization.
• Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results.
• Adheres to company safety policies and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
