Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for a Summer Seasonal 2026 Fleet Maintenance position in the mountains. The role offers wage starting at $21.47/hr with progression to $26.29/hr, along with benefits like free employee ski passes, discounts, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with types of vehicles in our fleet, or mechanical aptitude.
Must have a valid driver’s license / clean DMV record.
Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Manage andmaintainfleet vehicle parts inventories, including partspurchasing.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on a variety of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance from Intermediate and Advanced Mechanics.
Communicate with both internal and external customers ina timelyand professional manner.
Ability to be part of ateam-orientedshop in a fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being an active participant in asafety-orientedshop culture.
Other duties as assigned.
