Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, build lasting relationships through consultative selling, and help customers find the perfect piece for life’s moments.

You'll support loyalty programs, assist with inventory and events, ensure accurate presentation of merchandise, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while upholding

Competenze

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to read, understand employment policies and safety rules.
