Macy's, Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, helping them choose pieces that celebrate moments with personalized care.

With strong product knowledge and consultative selling, you’ll use clienteling tools and loyalty programs to build lasting relationships while achieving sales goals and supporting events and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience required.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies in English.
• Provide product recommendations and create a welcoming shopping experience.
