Macy’s is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, and create welcoming shopping experiences that help clients celebrate life’s special moments.

You’ll build lasting relationships through consultative selling, promote loyalty and warranty programs, assist with inventory, and support events.
