Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, and build lasting client relationships through consultative selling.

You will promote loyalty programs, support inventory and events, and ensure secure, accurate merchandise presentation while collaborating with the team to reach sales goals and uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming, knowledgeable approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
• WLEXibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong product knowledge in fine jewelry, precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands.
• Experience using clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches.
