• Minimum 2-5 years cooking experience in a fine dining environment and culinary leadership preferred.
• Strong communication with managers, staff, and guests.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work long hours in hot conditions.
• Proficient in measuring ingredients and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals to guest specifications in a timely manner.
• Measure ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Ensure standards, procedures, and sanitation are followed.
• Operate grills, ovens, steamers, and warmers safely.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure quality supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workspace.
• Assist in opening/closing duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
