Job summary

Cover Care is seeking a Seasonal Field Service Helper (Pool Cover Sidekick) to join our outdoors-focused crew. You’ll ride with an experienced Field Tech, learn hands-on skills, and help install and repair automatic pool covers while getting paid this summer.

You’ll document work, prep tools, keep the vehicle stocked, and deliver friendly, professional service to customers. Expect varied days, some longer shifts or weekends, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn (we can teach the rest).
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Tech with installation and repair of pool cover systems.
• Grab tools, prep for jobs, and ensure supplies are on hand.
• Document work details as required.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to customers.
• Keep the work vehicle stocked and job sites organized.
• Participate wherever help is needed; no two days are the same.
