Job summary

Cover Care is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to travel to residential homes, install, troubleshoot, and repair automatic pool cover systems. This hands-on, full-time role includes paid training, a company vehicle, and all tools.

You will perform routine maintenance, follow work orders, document work, and provide courteous service while promoting safety and reliability. Local travel daily; no prior pool cover experience required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer job sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair automatic pool cover systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
