Job summary

Cover Care Boise is hiring a Seasonal Field Service Helper (Pool Cover Sidekick) to join our outdoor summer crew installing and fixing automatic pool covers.

You’ll ride with an experienced Field Tech, learn hands-on skills, document work, and deliver friendly, professional service to customers each day.

Must be 16 years or older with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; this is a great way to gain practical experience while earning money this summer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Team up with a seasoned Field Tech to troubleshoot and repair pool cover systems
• Grab tools, prep for jobs, and be the MVP of “having what we need when we need it”
• Help document work (yes, we have to write things down sometimes)
• Deliver friendly, professional service—because happy customers = happy team

Bonus Tasks

• Keep the work vehicle stocked, clean, and ready to roll
• Help keep job sites organized (no one likes a messy truck)
• Jump in wherever needed—every day is a little different

Qualifications

What You Need

• Must be 16 years old or older

What the Job Is Like
