Job summary

Cover Care in Boise/Nampa area is hiring for a full-time, year-round role to install, maintain, and repair automatic pool cover systems. You’ll work on customer sites with a company-provided truck, tools, and paid training.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine maintenance, document work, and train newer teammates. This position emphasizes safety, reliability, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training.
• Able to travel locally to customer job sites daily.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Team player, able to work independently.
