Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist in Palatka, Florida. In this role, you will support the operational readiness of seasonal tax offices, ensuring they are fully equipped and functional. You will execute various setup activities and perform routine building maintenance to ensure office readiness.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications is necessary. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are also a must.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move office equipment weighing up to 55 pounds or more.
• Basic technical knowledge, including experience setting up and troubleshooting office technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and opening of seasonal tax offices.
• Install, remove, and support PC hardware across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues and document incidents.
